Hi everybody!
I have this problem installing:

Code:

checking for imlib2-config... /usr/bin/imlib2-config
checking for imlib2 - version >= 1.1.2... *** An old version of imlib2 (1.1.0) was fo und.
*** You need a version of imlib2 newer than 1.1.2.
***
*** If you have already installed a sufficiently new version, this error
*** probably means that the wrong copy of the imlib2-config shell script is
*** being found. The easiest way to fix this is to remove the old version
*** of imlib2, but you can also set the IMLIB2_CONFIG environment to point to the
*** correct copy of imlib2-config. (In this case, you will have to
*** modify your LD_LIBRARY_PATH environment variable, or edit /etc/ld.so.conf
*** so that the correct libraries are found at run-time)
no
configure: error: Cannot find imlib2: Is imlib2-config in the path?

I'm using Mandrake 10.1...where do i find the rpm for imlib2???
I hope you can help me with this problem....
Thanxs for your answers...

You should as Tim Schuttle, our moderator: he uses Mandrake too. But look here: maybe will it help a bit.

Easiest way for me is always compiling Imlib2 from source.

If you are a Fedora user you can type

Code:

yum install imlib2-devel
from a shell and it will install the missing libraries.
